DOS - filing fee $170.00 ( filed within 24 hours, includes one certified copy upon filing)

KIT : $63.00 plus sales tax
Filing receipts are issued the day after the filing occurs barring any State computer or billing problems.

If ordered, the NY Dept. of State issues routine certified copies 5-10 business days after the filing. The copy will be sent under separate cover.
